Job Qualifications: 



  •  High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of two years secretarial experience; or any combination of  education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern office methods, practices, policies  and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to type 50-60 words per minute with accuracy; word  processing and data entry skills preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and make independent decisions.
  • Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required

Employment Information: 26/27 school year; 40 hours per week; 227 days per school year
Salary:  Band - Support B22 - $21.23/hour entry level
