Guglielmo & Associates PLLC is a multi state, high volume law firm in need of an entry level or experienced Legal Assistant to help support our Nevada Office. This is a career oriented position. Ideal candidates will have prior legal experience or a desire to gain legal professional experience. Benefits offered for Full-time employment include Health, dental, and vision benefits. Paid vacation time. 401k with employer contributions. Part time position may be available with flexible schedule. Opportunity for bonuses. All after introductory period.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry with consistent attention to detail
  • Sorting and collating legal documents
  • Prepare multi-jurisdiction legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
  • Handling calls to and from courts and law firm
  • Preparing high volumes of paperwork
  • Ensure legal requirements and deadlines are met

Qualifications:
