Human Resource Assistant - Recruitment and File Clerk

As the HR Assistant you are responsible for the application process writing job ads that will attract qualified applicants, following up on incomplete applications, and assigning applications to managers as they are received. In this positions you will also oversee employee files: maintaining the file room, filing documents, scanning old files. Other duties included processing term forms, following up on training and other items as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have good computers skills and typing skills - fast and accurate
  • 2 yrs previous HR experience or HR education, preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and proof reading skills

Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could included: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional evenings and weekends
