This vital role will play a key part in executing talent acquisition strategies for a leading organization within the financial industry, providing consultative support and full cycle recruiting for professional exempt roles. If you're a quick learner with a proven background in full cycle recruitment and thrive in fast-paced environments, this opportunity is your next career move!

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary recruitment contact for designated business units, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional exempt full-time positions, including requisition review, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, guiding hiring leaders through the interview process, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners on all aspects of the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Support ongoing recruitment efforts during a temporary maternity leave, ensuring a smooth workflow through early December, with potential extension into late January.
  • Utilize ATS platforms such as iCIMS to streamline and manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and utilize ATS platforms, ideally iCIMS.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities (oral and written).
  • High level of confidentiality and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.
