Overview:
TheRecruiter is responsible for searching and identifying candidates that are agood fit for consulting roles at Innovar. This individual will build and enhance relationships in their local areato continually generate qualified candidates, search for candidates leveragingvarious tools and techniques (online tools, job fairs, networking groups, etc.),work within our candidate tracking database and perform standard screenings toensure candidates are a good fit before moving them to the interviewing /qualification process.
Thisrole will primarily be focused on the search function of the recruitingprocess; therefore, the ability to continually develop creative techniques toidentify candidates and enhance relationships that will generate solid leads isessential.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in recruiting role
  • 2+ years experience recruiting for consulting talent
  • BS degree or higher

Responsibilities:
  • Build local network for the purpose of recruiting consulting talent (networking groups, local career / job boards, job fairs, etc.)
  • Search for consulting candidates utilizing existing network and tools (i.e. Linked-in, local networks, Blogs, search engines, etc.)
  • Continually develop creative techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Identify target companies, user groups and other associations which could lead to qualified candidates
  • Review resumes and profiles to determine if candidates meet standard requirements
  • Perform standard screening to ensure candidates are the right-fit before moving them to interviewing / qualification process
  • Perform interviews with top performers and experts to gain an understanding of the ideal candidate for each skill set
  • Develop candidate interest level with Innovar and consulting engagements
  • Track activity and performance throughout recruiting lifecycle (i.e. candidates identified, candidates screened, interviewed, engaged, etc.)
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of candidate database
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
