As an Assistant Manager you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge and skills to support the Restaurant Manager in team leadership.


You are an expert at training, monitoring, ensuring food quality/safety, and leading a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operations. Your standards should help achieve operational excellence and allow you to easily plan and execute initiatives to increase sales and achieve targets. You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!


Past experience with Tim Hortons is required combined with your practical knowledge of restaurant operations and team member development makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
