Job Description:
The Manager in Training program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed. Excellent written and spoken communication.
