Job Summary
Support the Account Team in delivering reliable retail static and mobile engineering services and 3rd Party Outsourcing operations to Corporate Real Estate Client across multiple locations. Drive client satisfaction through proactive vendor management, operational excellence, and strategic relationship building while maintaining 95%+ service delivery standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Partner with key client representatives to support JLL and client corporate real estate goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Vendor and Operations Management
  • Manage Pittsburgh, PA-based 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program with direct oversight of four (4) outsourcing representatives
  • Deliver comprehensive services to remote retail locations including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance operations
  • Monitor 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards

Systems and Technology Oversight
  • Oversee account platforms and work order management systems
  • Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
  • Administer access control systems across all locations
  • Monitor and optimize service agreement performance metrics

Safety and Compliance
  • Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
  • Maintain adherence to Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards and quality benchmarks

Collaboration and Innovation
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team
  • Drive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices
  • Identify and execute process innovations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required

Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs
  • Proven track record in multi-site facilities operations

Technical Skills
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of facility/property management operations
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platforms

Estimated compensation for this position:
63,000.00 - 68,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
