  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place safely
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community team members
  • Collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Document patient care and progress using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive therapy department where ideas, questions, and support are shared
  • Bring compassion, professionalism, and kindness to each interaction

  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care
What Makes Benchmark Different
Benchmark Therapies is a therapist-led organization that has been caring for older adults in senior living communities for more than 20 years.
We have grown intentionally so our clinicians can remain closely connected to leadership and receive support when they need it. You will never feel like you are on your own or just another name on a staffing list.
What We Offer
  • $5,000 net sign-on bonus paid in full on your first paycheck
  • Competitive compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Accident, life, disability, and critical illness coverage
  • Six paid holidays
  • Paid time off with full rollover
  • 401(k)
  • Free continuing education through CEU360
  • Supportive and accessible clinical leadership
  • A workplace where clinicians are respected, supported, and heard

You deserve a role where you can provide great care, feel connected to your team, and enjoy the work you do.
