What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
  • Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place safely for as long as possible
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
  • Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
  • Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
