Job description

Part-Time Occupational Therapist

Location: Asbury Riverwoods | Lewisburg, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Part-Time Occupational Therapists to support our therapy program at Asbury Riverwoods, a welcoming senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living.

This would be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to help residents remain safe, confident, and as independent as possible. Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to provide thoughtful, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Help residents maintain independence and safely participate in daily routines and meaningful activities
  • Address self-care, functional mobility, home safety, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention needs
  • Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
  • Bring compassion, professionalism, and kindness to each interaction
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
