Job description

Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist
Location: Asbury Methodist Village | Gaithersburg, MD
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires
Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapists to join our team at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
This could be a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team. At Benchmark, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and able to focus on thoughtful, individualized care.
What You'll Do
  • Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with the care team to support each resident's goals and overall quality of life
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive and team-focused therapy environment
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
