Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist

Minneapolis, MN | 6 Month Contract - Hire | $25-30/hr (Flexible)

Konik is partnering with a local manufacturing company seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist. This contract is scheduled to last six months, but it may extend beyond that. In this Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and organization of essential project documents and records. This position offers the opportunity to support operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data within ERP systems and databases.
  • Maintain and monitor data records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with quality control and production teams to track document revisions and reports.
  • Support administrative tasks to streamline department operations.
  • Assist with project documentation and process coordination.
  • Follow established protocols for document control and compliance requirements.

Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:
