Job description

Are you a detail-oriented office assistant with at least 2 years of experience? This full-time opportunity with a well-established aerospace company could be the perfect next step in your career.

This growing helicopter modification company in Fort Worth is looking to hire an assistant to help collect data and create contracts for their clients. You will work alongside the Contract and Proposal Manager where attention to detail and organization matter. 

This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional, fast-paced environment where your organizational skills will help support contract and proposal activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting important business projects.

Contract Assistant Job Duties:
  • Gather and organize data needed to create customer quotes.
  • Compile information for contracts and proposals.
  • Organize documents and information to support proposal activities.
  • Use Microsoft Suite to maintain and organize project information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contract and Proposal Manager.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Contract Assistant Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of office experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational and data-gathering skills
  • Ability to organize information accurately and efficiently.
