Job description

Position Summary:

The Admin Support / Facility & Audio-Visual Management specialist manages USTDA conference rooms, training spaces, mail room operations, copier workrooms, and AV support activities. The role also provides receptionist backup coverage and general administrative support. This is an on-site GS-11 equivalent position requiring a Secret clearance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and room setup
  • Manage AV and teleconferencing equipment support
  • Conduct facility inspections and issue escalation
  • Track and manage facilities work orders
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and training spaces
  • Maintain mail room and copier workrooms
  • Process incoming mail and packages
  • Distribute faxes and electronic documents
  • Deliver outgoing mail and express packages
  • Provide receptionist backup coverage
  • Monitor office supply inventory
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree in business or information management or related certifications
  • Minimum 7 years of administrative management experience
  • Facilities and AV management experience required
  • Active or obtainable Secret clearance
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with facilities request tracking systems
