Job description

Position Summary:

The Senior Admin Support / Project Information Specialist provides senior-level administrative and information specialist support to USTDA operations, including administrative policy implementation, facilities oversight, and conference room/AV management. This role also supports organizational process improvements and agency administrative functions. Secret clearance required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative management support to USTDA operations
  • Review grant and contract deliverables
  • Maintain IRC process documentation and implement improvements
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Provide staff training and technical assistance
  • Support travel management and onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage conference room reservations and event coordination
  • Perform physical room setup and AV troubleshooting
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and equipment checks
  • Maintain training center and conference room readiness
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree in business or information management or related certifications
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative management experience
  • Active or obtainable Secret clearance
  • AV equipment support experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting USTDA or similar federal agencies
  • Federal travel management systems experience
  • Conference center or training facility management experience
  • NARA records management knowledge
  • Experience supporting senior government officials or diplomatic events
