Midtown Home Improvements—a $76 million home remodeling leader with five locations—needs a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to keep internal operations running at full throttle.

This is your opportunity to help steer one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing remodeling companies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the right hand to the CEO—streamlining internal operations and ensuring day-to-day priorities are aligned with company goals

  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and executive leadership team

  • Manage and track key internal initiatives and business operations projects

  • Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across departments

  • Prepare reports, internal communications, and meeting agendas

  • Help anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve issues

  • Create and refine internal processes to support rapid growth

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in high-level operations, project management, or executive support

  • Strong understanding of business processes and internal communications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
