We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Associate Channel Manager to support the execution and optimization of channel initiatives. This role plays an important part in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partner engagement and alignment, and contributing to channel performance efforts that advance overall business objectives.

This role follows a hybrid schedule and can be based in either Kohler, Wisconsin or Glendale, Wisconsin.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of channel strategies that align with company goals and evolving market dynamics.

  • Assist in identifying channel partner needs, market trends, and business opportunities to help expand channel reach and effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the management and optimization of channel programs, including partner engagement, program design, enablement, training coordination, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on key channel metrics to support transparency, insights, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to help drive initiatives that support revenue and profitability within assigned channels.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing tools and materials for channel partners and installers.

  • Assist in ensuring consistent messaging and alignment on channelrelated marketing and business matters, serving as a knowledgeable resource for internal teams and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in channel management, partner support, sales operations, or business development.

  • Experience supporting budgeting or financial processes; exposure to P&L concepts is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI; experience building or updating dashboards is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with partners.

  • Working knowledge of communication and partner management tools is preferred.

  • Frequent travel to customers as well as trade shows - approximately 25%.

The Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
