Associate Channel Manager

Location: Huntersville, NC

Position Summary

The Associate Channel Manager will support and manage execution of initiatives in cabinet hardware for the Residential Remodel / Showroom channels.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Help facilitates new product / program launches to field.
  • Assist in the daily management of customer programs and planograms.
  • Support the development of customer program refreshes and assist with line reviews.
  • Liaison with merchandising team to oversee that channel needs are being met.
  • Working with sales, engage downstream to develop new opportunities /accounts.
  • Support existing customer accounts to maintain and grow sales.
  • Track key customer performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support annual trade shows.
  • Serve as go to for sales and customer care teams in the support of channels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing) and/or 3+ years' channel marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Sophisticated user of Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, index, match, etc.)
  • Self-directed with strong project management skills; high level of comfort with multi-tasking
  • Process development & root-cause analysis skills; ability to keep work flowing while minimizing problems and delays
  • Ability to travel as needed - 25%
