In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams partnering with Marketing, Design, New Product Development, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver high-quality, customized solutions. From managing product setup and sourcing to supporting pricing and data analysis, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, execution, and customer satisfaction.
Strong execution and customer alignment are essential to building successful programs and long-term partnerships. In this role, you'll help ensure every detail from product setup to pricing and delivery is executed with precision, directly supporting customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
How You Will Make an Impact:
• Support end-to-end customer program execution, assisting in development from concept through delivery including product mix, packaging, and program performance
• Manage sourcing for custom products, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs
• Develop deep customer and channel expertise, understanding key account dynamics, expectations, and market trends
• Maintain accurate product and program data, managing item setup, sourcing documents, and quoting materials across internal and external systems
• Ensure product information accuracy across platforms, supporting consistency and reliability in all customer-facing and internal systems
• Support forecasting and business planning efforts, assisting with budgeting, timelines, and communication of sales insights
• Coordinate packaging approval processes, ensuring all formats and details meet brand and customer requirements
• Contribute to customer presentations and communications, supporting the Channel Manager with materials and insights
• Analyze sales, POS, and profitability data, helping identify trends and support data-driven business decisions
• Support pricing strategy development, contributing to initiatives that optimize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate mockups and production samples, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery for customer programs
