Job description

At Strike48 we are defining the future of security operations through our Agentic platform. Our channel partners are an essential extension of our team, helping us reach new markets and deliver exceptional value to customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Associate to help us empower these partners and streamline our partner programs.

Role Overview
Are you a stellar writer with a knack for keeping projects on track? As a Channel Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our channel partner ecosystem. Bridging the gap between marketing execution and partner operations, you will ensure our partners have the resources they need to sell effectively, while helping us manage the day-to-day logistics of our partner programs.

This is an ideal role for an early-career professional looking to build a foundation in B2B marketing, operations, and partner management.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing & Communications
  • Content Creation: Draft, edit, and proofread partner-facing communications, including monthly newsletters, program announcements, and email campaigns.
  • Asset Management: Ensure the partner portal is up-to-date with the latest co-branded marketing collateral, pitch decks, and training materials.
  • Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in rolling out partner demand-generation campaigns and webinars.
  • Brand Consistency: Review partner-created marketing materials to ensure alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging.

Partner Operations & Program Management
  • Program Execution: Act as a project manager for partner initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team tasks.
  • Onboarding: Support the operational logistics of bringing new partners into the ecosystem, ensuring they receive a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Data & Tracking: Maintain accurate partner records in our CRM/PRM (Partner Relationship Management) system and help track partner engagement metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the partner experience and suggest ways to streamline operations and communication flows.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field (relevant internships are highly valued!).
  • Writing Chops: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and professional content.
  • Program Management: Highly organized with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts, meet deadlines, and keep projects on track.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related discipline.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO and paid company holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities and mentorship to grow your marketing career.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced team environment.
