Assistant Buyer Duties:
o Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
o Communicate specifications and issue requests for quotes to suppliers
o Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality expectations
o Release purchase orders and help expedite orders as needed
o Maintain accurate records, including matching receiving tickets with purchase orders

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour

Assistant Buyer Requirements:
o Must be a US Citizen
o High school diploma or GED
o At least 1 year of supply chain or buyer experience
o Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
