*This is a part-time onsite position, approx. 3 days per week in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Part-time positions are eligible to participate in our 401k program.


What YOU Will Do:

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Advise operating departments of potential problems meeting quality and delivery dates.
  • Manage the complete purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving purchasing discrepancies
  • Enter and maintain daily receiving information, purchase orders, and related transactions in the ERP/inventory system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Serve as the central point of contact for purchasing and inventory inquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
  • Analyze quotes, compare supplier options, and make purchasing decisions that optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Process Vendor RMA’s.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
  • New Vendor Setup Documentation.
  • Assist with monthly and annual physical inventory counts.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Manufacturing Buyer experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
