What are some common challenges faced by staff working at airport hotels?

Staff at airport hotels often manage high guest turnover and irregular check-in/check-out times due to fluctuating flight schedules. This can mean working in a fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute bookings and cancellations. Additionally, team members need to provide exceptional service to a diverse international clientele, often handling requests related to transportation, flight information, and quick meal options. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability are crucial for success in this setting.
