Do you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and creating a welcoming guest experience?
The Holiday Inn Portland Airport is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. In this role, youโ€™ll safely transport guests to and from Portland International Airport while delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting first impression.
This is more than just a driving job โ€” youโ€™ll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and helpful environment for our guests throughout the hotel.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
Guest Transportation & Service:
  • Safely transport guests between the hotel and Portland International Airport.ย 
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.ย 
  • Provide excellent customer service and local area information.ย 
  • Communicate with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs.ย 
  • Help create a positive arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance:
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.ย 
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.ย 
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel procedures.ย 
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Hotel Guest Support During Downtime:
When not actively driving, youโ€™ll help maintain a welcoming guest environment by:
  • Assisting guests with directions and general requests.ย 
  • Helping maintain cleanliness in lobby and entrance areas.ย 
  • Picking up debris or trash when needed.ย 
  • Supporting lobby presentation and guest amenities.ย 
  • Providing visible guest service support throughout the property.
