 If you are a bookkeeper or administrative assistant with experience using QuickBooks Online, then this could be a terrific part-time job for you!

A local marine resource and environmental consulting firm with a rich 40-year history is adding a part-time Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to their team!

The Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeperwill support the team of busy consultants (who mostly work outside of the office) by overseeing the billing and invoicing of projects, facilitating payroll process and maintaining office supplies and office upkeep.

This role offers a 20-hour work week with flexible scheduling, a relaxed quiet work environment and free parking!

Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper job duties:
  • Create invoices in QuickBooks Online and send out to clients
  • Apply payments to correct accounts as they come in
  • Compile timesheets and billing sheets and transmit to accountant for payroll processing
  • Facilitate bill payments via Zelle and QuickBooks Online
  • Manage office supplies ordering and coordinate with building maintenance as needed

Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper Qualifications:
  • Recent experience working with QuickBooks Online (1 year preferred)

  • Strong skill working with MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience overseeing day-to-day office activities
Pay: $33-35/hr
