Job Description:

En tant que secretaire, vous aurez a assister directement les 4 directeurs principaux de la vice-presidence courtage L'Unique, de meme que les directeurs de la direction principale developpement des affaires, evolution et performance. Vous serez appele a faire affaires avec une clientele externe autant qu'interne de part la nature des activites de developpement des affaires de L'Unique.

Vous vous realisez dans les taches et fonctions suivantes:

  • Apporter un support direct aux membres du comite de gestion de L'Unique.
  • Assurer un soutien technique et administratif a la preparation et l'execution des rencontres periodiques des employes de chacune des 4 directions principales (Montreal et Quebec).
  • Rediger des lettres, rapports, presentations, discours et autres documents.
  • Organiser les rendez-vous, reunions et deplacements.
  • Gerer les participants (internes et externes) lors de la distribution de billets pour des spectacles ou autres evenements exclusifs, rediger les invitations et les inscriptions, faire les convocations et assurer le suivi aupres des participants avant et apres l'evenement.
  • Collaborer avec l'adjointe administrative du chef de l'exploitation et l'equipe des communications internes pour l'organisation de diverses rencontres.

Vos qualifications et vos talents

  • Detenir un diplome d'etudes collegiales en technique bureautique.
  • Cumuler un minimum de 5 annees d'experience dans le domaine du secretariat.
  • Maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise intermediaire-avancee de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
  • Maitriser la suite Office, Word (version avancee), Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Bonne capacite a gerer le stress et les priorites
