Victim Witness Services for Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the organization's day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping functions. This position is responsible for accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, assisting with grant financial tracking, preparing month-end accounting information, and supporting audits and financial reporting. The Bookkeeper works closely with the Executive Director and the organization's CPA firm to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
