Office Assistant / Appointment Setter (Part Time)

Location:
Doral / Miami, FL (In Office)

Pay:
$15 to $17 per hour

Schedule:
Part Time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)


About the Position:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual for a part time office position that includes customer service, recruiting support, and appointment setting.

This is an entry level opportunity with hands on training, ideal for someone looking to grow into sales, recruiting, or office administration.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Call and follow up with job applicants (recruiting)
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Make outbound calls to businesses to set appointments
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Perform basic office tasks using Microsoft Office
  • Support daily office operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and phone skills
