Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members to hit sales goals on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Communicate with customers face-to-face to inform them about the benefits of going solar, including government incentives they are entitled to.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project demands.
Qualifications
• Experience in General Labor is a plus. No experience needed. We train from the ground up.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Proven track record of adapting to various tasks and responsibilities to meet team goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist in training and developing new team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
