General Overview: Assistant Administrator assists with the oversight and management of every department within the long term care facility. Areas such as nursing and medical services are planned, evaluated and carried out properly, social services and activity programs to make sure they meet the physical, emotional and psychological need of residents. We are seeking a dynamic candidate that is seeking to expand their career in the field of skilled care as an Administrator while focusing on customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Administrators license preferred OR 2 years experience as an Assistant
  • Current RN or LPN License -preferred but not required
  • Must possess ability to efficiently problem-solve, plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
  • Must be able to maintain good staff relations and employee morale
  • Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly
