Job Summary:Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnelManage and maintain front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcomingReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesPrepare outgoing mail and assist with shipping arrangements when neededMaintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessaryProvide general administrative support to management and staff, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and schedulingAssist HR and Accounting departments with clerical tasksCoordinate appointments and meetings as neededEnsure confidentiality and security of sensitive information Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanorProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organizedDependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Work Schedule:Full-timeMonday to Friday9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (adjustable based on company needs) Benefits:Competitive hourly payOpportunity to grow within the company After 90 days of employment:50% coverage of the health insurance policy costPaid holidays5 unpaid personal days off After 1 year of employment: 5 days of paid vacation timeAn additional 1 paid vacation day for each subsequent year of employment
