Job description

Job Summary:
Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
  • Manage and maintain front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and assist with shipping arrangements when needed
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and scheduling
  • Assist HR and Accounting departments with clerical tasks
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Work Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (adjustable based on company needs)
