  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales.
  • HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales.
  • Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations.

Training Requirement: This role includes a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Training begins virtually on August 3, followed by one week of hands-on training in Minneapolis beginning August 10 with our Sunrooms experts. After returning, you will complete an additional two weeks of hands-on training in your home market, working alongside experienced team members to further develop your skills before transitioning into the role independently.
