An Internship Remote Appointment Setter is an entry-level professional who works remotely to schedule meetings or appointments between potential clients and a company's sales team or representatives. This role typically involves making outbound calls or sending emails, managing calendars, and maintaining records of interactions. As an intern, you will learn sales communication skills, gain experience with customer relationship management tools, and develop an understanding of lead generation processes. Familiarity with CRM software, email platforms, and scheduling tools is typically required for effective workflow management. Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and attention to detail help you build rapport with potential clients and maintain accurate records. These abilities are vital for efficiently generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team's overall productivity in a remote environment.

  • Experience connecting with and scheduling meetings for local business owners or SMB decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, print, digital, or local sponsorship sales is a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales teams by providing qualified leads and ensuring smooth meeting handoffs.
