About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Systems Analyst to support our PLM and enterprise application projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in general software concepts and a keen interest in AI enablement, automation, and emerging technologies. You'll work alongside senior analysts, PMs, and technical teams, gaining handsโ€‘on exposure to enterprise systems, data workflows, and AIโ€‘driven tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements
  • Support data analysis, validation, and reporting tasks across project workstreams
  • Explore and apply AI enablement tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding, automation scripts, data processing) to improve project efficiency
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to track issues, testing, and deliverables
  • Prepare status reports, documentation, and process flow diagrams
  • Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and basic troubleshooting
  • Learn and contribute to PLM/enterprise application concepts (Teamcenter, CAD data, etc.) under guidance of senior team members
Requirements
  • 0โ€“2+ years of experience in general software/IT, systems analysis, or related field
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis concepts
  • Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and enthusiasm for AI enablement
  • Exposure to or interest in enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, or similar) is welcome
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to SQL or scripting (Python) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Must be a US Citizen (mandatory for this engagement)
