Job description

If you enjoy leading the full data-to-insight lifecycle with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau-and experimenting with AI-enabled automation to improve quality and productivity-this is the team for you.

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Data Analytics Reporting Team (DART) you will lead the end-to-end data-to-insight lifecycle - integrating multi-source data into standardized models and delivering high-impact reporting and BI dashboards (Alteryx/Tableau) that support ConCB Operations Service and Lending.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, prioritize work, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Design and maintain standardized datasets, data models, and reusable data assets to support operational monitoring and decision-making
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, KPI scorecards, and recurring reports using BI tools and curated datasets
  • Build and maintain data workflows, extracts, and views, including data preparation for reporting and analytics use cases
  • Automate manual processes and recurring reporting through Python-based solutions and repeatable workflows.
  • Leverage AI-assisted analytics tools (where appropriate and compliant) to accelerate development, documentation, and issue triage while maintaining required controls.
  • Ensure data quality through validations, reconciliations, and documentation of definitions, lineage, and reporting logic
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and review support to team members; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and consistent delivery against timelines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in business data analysis, reporting, and/or data processing.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational data concepts and data design.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., data wrangling, workflow scripting).
  • Experience with analytics and BI platforms, including and/or Tableau, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Oracle and AWS cloud data platforms/services (data storage, processing, or analytics use cases).
  • Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational performance reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to multiple levels of management.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
