Associate, Analytics & Reporting w/ Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Partner with Human Capital Management (HCM) and business stakeholders to define priorities and gather requirements for reporting and analytics, with a focus on identifying opportunities for employee listening initiatives. Conduct impact analyses of talent programs, specifically measuring the success of changes implemented based on employee feedback.

Requires: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Science, or related analytical field, such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Human Resources, with one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Science, or related analytical field, such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Human Resources, with three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (if a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (if a Bachelor’s) in the following: driving multiple time-sensitive analytics projects excelling in solving complex analytics problems, data governance and controls, successfully managing ambiguity and unexpected change throughout project lifecycle; organizing and analyzing large datasets, interpreting results and succinctly presenting summarized analytical findings to various levels of detail, both verbally and in writing; working with advanced Excel functionalities for mass data manipulation and scenario modeling (such as Percentile, Rank, Index, Match, IF Error, SumIF, CountIF, Nested IF-Else functions, excel ranges, excel tables, slicers and conditional formatting) and generating randomized sample sets; utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint for data visualization, and storytelling client service, and stakeholder management; conducting project management and assisting with planning, including risk management, and escalation handling; driving analytics projects from conceptualization to completion, including defining business objectives, identifying data requirements, determining appropriate analysis method, data preparation, exploratory analysis and modeling, evaluating results, visualizing and presenting results; working with predictive, descriptive, and inferential analysis, using statistical modeling techniques, such as correlation, regression, odds-ratio, statistical significance, standard deviation, mean, median, mode, variance; and working with Business Intelligence tools, including experience with one of the following: Python, Alteryx, or Tableau.
