Digital Marketing Manager. Amazon Account

Are you an Amazon expert with a passion for driving sales and optimizing digital strategy? We're looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Amazon Digital Marketing Manager to take our Amazon presence-including Amazon Fresh-to the next level. If you have a proven track record in Amazon Vendor Central and know how to craft winning product listings, execute high-ROI advertising campaigns, and navigate Amazon's policies with ease, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
  • Own and optimize all aspects of our Amazon Vendor Central account to maximize growth and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Enhance product visibility and conversions by creating, updating, and optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ Content).
  • Develop and execute strategic Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Manage forecasting accuracy and oversee data entry into the internal TPM system.
  • Lead account management activities, including customer contract negotiations, new item setups, promotional strategies, and assortment planning.
  • Proactively resolve any account-related challenges, from listing errors to policy compliance issues.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) and Amazon's Vendor Managers to streamline processes and resolve operational roadblocks.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, advertising impact, and profitability trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Challenge the status quo! Leverage your expertise to enhance internal processes and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail, with 3+ years specifically managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms, best practices, and advertising tools (Amazon PPC, A+ Content, Amazon Storefront).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive successful collaborations.
