Job description

About Morse & Speak

Morse & Speak is transforming how benefits reach the people who need them most. Our Universal Wallet platform simplifies the delivery of healthcare, nutrition, and social benefits through a single, intuitive experience, serving health plans, state agencies, and enterprise partners across the country.

Purpose

This role is the execution engine behind Morse & Speakโ€™s growing advertising and partnerships business.

You will report directly to the VP of Growth, with a strong dotted line to the Head of Programmatic Monetization & Ad Sales as the programmatic business scales. Leadership will continue to own business development, strategic relationships, and larger partnership opportunities. Your responsibility is to make sure everything runs, performs, and improves once deals are live.

You will sit across four core workstreams: programmatic yield operations, direct advertiser campaign management, partnership offer management, and in-wallet campaign execution for strategic partners. Your job is to keep every channel optimized, every campaign on time, and every partner relationship supported by clean performance data, disciplined follow-through, and proactive execution.

What You Own

Programmatic Yield

You own the day-to-day management of SSPs, floor pricing, header bidding configuration, and demand waterfall optimization. You monitor performance, identify issues quickly, and work to improve fill rates, eCPMs, and overall yield across available inventory.

Direct Campaign Operations

You manage the operational execution of direct advertiser campaigns, including creative collection, QA, ad trafficking, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting for CPG, retail, and other advertiser campaigns.

Partnership Offer Management and Account Ownership

You track performance across live partner offers on ebtEDGE, make promote/demote recommendations, manage link and messaging updates, and serve as the day-to-day account contact for active partner relationships.

Partnership Sourcing

You continuously source new partner offers through platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, and similar networks. You evaluate fit, review offer quality, sign up for approved programs, coordinate onboarding, and maintain a healthy pipeline of relevant partner opportunities.

Strategic Wallet Campaigns

You execute in-wallet placements for strategic partnerships secured by leadership, ensuring campaigns launch cleanly, perform well, and are supported by clear reporting.

Ad Quality and Brand Safety

You help enforce standards across all inventory and placements, ensuring that the ads, offers, and campaigns presented to our audience are appropriate, compliant, and aligned with Morse & Speakโ€™s brand and mission.

Core Responsibilities

Programmatic Yield Operations

  • Manage SSP relationships and demand partner configurations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and optimize fill rates, eCPMs, and overall yield across inventory.
  • Maintain and tune floor pricing strategy and header bidding setup, including tools such as Prebid and Google Ad Manager.
  • Troubleshoot demand waterfall issues and surface optimization opportunities to the Head of Programmatic Monetization & Ad Sales.
  • Enforce ad quality and brand safety standards by flagging and blocking non-compliant creatives, advertisers, or demand sources.

Direct Advertiser Campaign Operations

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for direct IO deals with CPG brands, retailers, and other advertisers.
  • Collect, organize, and QA creative assets to ensure campaigns are ready to launch on time.
  • Traffic campaigns accurately and monitor pacing throughout the flight.
  • Optimize in-flight performance and provide clear, timely reporting to the Head of Programmatic Monetization & Ad Sales for advertiser-facing communication.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, performance notes, and post-campaign wrap reports.

Partnership Offer Management

  • Track performance of live partner offers on ebtEDGE, including offers such as Walmart+, T-Mobile, and similar partner programs.
  • Make promote/demote recommendations based on conversion rates, revenue, audience fit, and overall offer quality.
  • Keep partner offer links, messaging, creative assets, and placements current and accurate.
  • Monitor for broken links, expired offers, compliance issues, or poor user experiences and resolve them proactively.
  • Serve as the day-to-day account contact for active partners, managing performance reviews, asset updates, and renewal conversations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the existing partner base by surfacing partners whose offer performance and audience fit justify escalation into a deeper strategic partnership.

Partnership Sourcing and Onboarding

  • Continuously browse partnership platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, and others for new offers relevant to the Morse & Speak audience.
  • Evaluate potential partner deals for audience alignment, offer quality, commission structure, brand safety, and operational feasibility.
  • Sign up for and onboard approved partner programs.
  • Coordinate link setup, offer details, messaging, and placement requirements with Product, Design, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain a running inventory of active partners, pipeline opportunities, pending approvals, and future prospects.

Strategic Wallet Campaign Execution

  • Execute in-wallet campaigns for strategic partnerships secured by leadership, including discounts, co-branded offers, promotional placements, and other campaign types.
  • Coordinate with Product and Design on placement specs, timing, creative requirements, and launch readiness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface results to the Head of Programmatic Monetization & Ad Sales and other relevant leaders.
  • Ensure campaign performance is documented clearly and that learnings are captured for future optimization.

What Success Looks Like

Programmatic yield is monitored daily, with fill rates, eCPMs, and overall performance trending in the right direction. Anomalies are caught quickly, investigated, and addressed before they become larger problems.

Direct campaigns go live on time, every time, with accurate trafficking, clean creative, and zero avoidable execution errors.

Partner offers are continuously refreshed. Underperforming offers are demoted, broken or expired offers are fixed quickly, and new deals are sourced, approved, and launched within a defined SLA.

The partner offer library grows month over month, with a steady pipeline of new relevant offers. At least one partner per quarter is identified and flagged as an upsell candidate for a deeper strategic engagement.

Strategic wallet campaigns are executed cleanly, monitored carefully, and supported by clear performance documentation.

Leadership is able to spend its time on deals, relationships, and growth strategy rather than chasing creative assets, debugging broken links, or following up on campaign execution.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4โ€“6+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic operations, campaign management, partnership marketing, performance marketing, or account management.
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving, SSP, or publisher monetization platforms such as Google Ad Manager or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with partnership and affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or similar networks.
  • Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to review performance data, identify trends, and ask โ€œwhyโ€ before accepting numbers at face value.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple active workstreams at the same time.
  • Ability to work independently, close the loop, and surface issues proactively without waiting to be asked.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, design, data, and external partners.

Preferred

  • Experience at a publisher, SSP, ad network, retail media network, or ad-supported platform.
  • Experience serving a value-oriented, price-sensitive, or benefits-driven consumer audience.
  • Working knowledge of header bidding concepts and tools, including Prebid, Google Ad Manager, and demand waterfalls.
  • Background in partnership marketing, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or account management for a consumer-facing platform.
  • Exposure to CPG, retail, shopper marketing, or offer-based campaign types.
  • Experience working in an early-stage or scaling environment where the playbook is still being built.

What We Value

We value execution discipline. You close the loop, every time. You do not let details drift, deadlines slip, or small issues become large ones because no one owned them.

We value performance instincts. You are not simply running campaigns or managing offers; you are constantly asking how each channel can perform better, convert better, and create more value for partners and users.

We value audience judgment. Morse & Speak serves a low-income and often vulnerable population, and we take that responsibility seriously. You understand that what we place in front of this audience matters, and you bring care, discernment, and responsibility to every advertiser, partner, and offer.

We value comfort with ambiguity. This business is growing, and not every process is fully built yet. You are comfortable creating order, building repeatable systems, and improving the operating rhythm as the business scales.

We value collaboration. You work fluidly across sales, product, design, data, and leadership teams. You can also hold a partner relationship with professionalism, responsiveness, and ownership, even when you are not the person who originally closed the deal.
