    • Creative Ideation & Framing: Lead brainstorms with expert, culturally-relevant creative thinking. Translate cultural insights into compelling campaign narratives and guide teams to connect these insights to client briefs to ensure ideas are sellable and actionable.
    • Creative Stewardship: Operate as a senior creative voice in the room. Provide sound feedback on creative concepts, maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, and ensure the final product meets both creative and strategic criteria.
  • Client & Account Management:

    • Communication & Presentation: Lead client presentations with clarity, compelling narratives, and authority. Confidently present the rationale behind creative decisions, proactively offering new solutions and steering client conversations toward long-term brand success.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Mentorship:
    • Team Leadership & Partnership: Lead the Creative Strategy division in all aspects of creative vision, strategic direction, and client communication. Partner in lockstep with the Director, Project Management, who oversees day-to-day operations and ensures your creative and strategic guidance is executed efficiently.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a master collaborator across departments. Recognize key stakeholders, lead meetings to work through complex proposals, and bridge the gap between business goals and creative execution.
    • Operational Optimization: Collaborate with the Director, Project Management to ensure creative processes are efficient and up-to-date. Implement feedback loops for post-sale learnings that integrate into future strategy and streamline workflows for high-volume, high-complexity proposals.

Experience & Knowledge Required

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of advertising/creative experience, with a background that demonstrates mastery in both digital/social strategies and creative campaign development.
  • The "Dual-Threat" Profile:
    • If Strategy-First: You possess a demonstrated ability to think creatively, speak the language of social video production, and coach creative teams.
    • If Creative-First: You possess a deep understanding of data, consumer insights, and business dynamics, with the ability to build a strategic rationale behind creative work.
