Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our product packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and be able to translate our brand vision into engaging and on-trend designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects

- Conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand identity and target audience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

- Work closely with the marketing and product development team to create design assets that are both functional and visually appealing

- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines

- Conduct market research and gather feedback to continuously improve design concepts

- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer products company

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of print production and packaging design is a plus
