Job description

Who We Are

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.

About the Opportunity

OKX is looking for a PM Director (Performance Advertising) to build and scale a results-driven creative engine for global growth with a strong focus on the U.S. market. You will own the end-to-end creative growth loop across Ad Platforms (Google / Meta / TikTok / DSPs), from insight and messaging strategy to high-volume production, testing, and iteration—improving CPA and ROI through a repeatable, scalable system. Experience operating at performance scale and partnering tightly with media buying, product, and data teams is critical.

What You’ll Be Doing Creative Strategy & Messaging Framework

Develop and scale a creative strategy aligned with funnel goals (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention) and user segmentation. Translate product value into clear, high-performing narratives (e.g., low fees, simplicity, rewards/incentives, trading scenarios, DeFi use cases) across channels.

Search Ads Creative Excellence

Own performance creative for Search Ads (Google/Bing and other relevant platforms): messaging architecture, keyword-intent mapping, ad copy systems, extensions, and landing page creative alignment.

Build a structured approach to continuous iteration: copy testing plans, variant frameworks, and learning loops tied to CPA/ROI outcomes.

Paid Social Creative (Video + Static)

Lead creative direction for paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X), covering both short-form video and static/UGC. Guide scripting/storyboarding, editing standards, and asset packaging to maximize conversion performance—without over-relying on any single format.

Data-Driven Testing & Iteration System

Establish a creative experimentation model: exploration to winners to scaling to refresh, with clear criteria for promotion and retirement of assets. Build a creative taxonomy/tagging system (hook type, value prop, persona, intent, tone, pacing, format, language, etc.) and connect it to performance insights. Partner with media buyers and analytics to run A/B tests and translate results into actionable creative improvements.

Creative Production & Vendor/Partner Management

Design and run an efficient production pipeline across markets and languages: brief to concept to production to launch to learn. Manage internal and external resources (editors, designers, creators, studios, agencies) with clear deliverable standards and performance expectations. Leverage and expand external creative supply—preferred candidates bring existing high-quality vendor/creator networks that can accelerate output and quality. Capable of leveraging AIGC tools to craft creative demos and derivatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Growth, Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure creative is consistent with product priorities and the end-to-end conversion journey, especially for the U.S. market.

What We Look For In You

3+ years of advertising creative experience with a strong performance marketing orientation; proven ability to drive measurable outcomes. Demonstrated experience owning or leading creative strategy across Search Ads and at least one major paid social channel (Meta/TikTok/YouTube/X, etc.). Strong ability to craft high-performing search ad copy systems (messaging frameworks, intent-based variants, testing cadence) and align creatively with landing page conversion. Proven capability to build scalable creative mechanisms: playbooks, creative testing frameworks, asset lifecycle management, and production workflows. Strong stakeholder management and execution in fast-paced environments; comfortable with high testing cadence and rapid iteration.

Preferred: Strong Web3 understanding and real trading experience (spot/perps/derivatives), able to translate trading concepts into clear, converting messaging. Preferred: U.S. market experience (audience insight, cultural nuance, competitive context, performance channels at scale). Preferred: Access to external creative resources (high-quality vendors/creators/agencies) and the ability to manage them effectively.

Perks & Benefits

Competitive total compensation package. L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development. Various team building programs and company events. Wellness and meal allowances. Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants. More that we love to tell you along the process!

EEO Statement

OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $313,055 to $375,666. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
