What You'll Do at OnePlan
  • Create visual content for organic social, paid advertising, websites, landing pages, product launches, webinars, trade shows, customer stories, email campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Develop infographics, data visualizations, illustrations, product mockups, and motion graphics where appropriate
  • Partner with marketing to transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories
  • Maintain and evolve OnePlan's visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver creative assets on time and within scope, using project management tools to coordinate deliverables
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and campaign planning discussions
  • Produce multiple creative concepts per campaign, run structured A/B tests across headlines, layouts, imagery, typography, and calls-to-action, and apply what you learn to future work
  • Bring ideas, recommend creative direction, and help shape campaigns - this is not a production role that just executes tickets

Our Ideal Fit
  • 3-7 years of visual design experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint a plus
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills, with a strong foundation in color theory and design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A curious, proactive mindset - someone who brings ideas to the table without waiting for direction and thinks like both a designer and a marketer
