Our client, a high-growth consumer brand, is seeking a full-time Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative across paid social. This person will play a key role in driving customer acquisition by partnering closely with growth, creative, and leadership teams to develop and scale high-converting campaigns. This role requires candidates to be onsite 3 days per week in El Segundo, CA.


This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of creative and performance marketing, owning the process from ideation through execution with a strong focus on measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performing static, GIF, and video creative for paid social campaigns
  • Build clear, actionable creative briefs informed by performance insights and customer behavior
  • Create repeatable creative frameworks that can scale across channels and audiences
  • Develop messaging strategies, campaign angles, and hooks to drive customer acquisit
  • ionLead creative strategy across paid social channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Write scripts and oversee production of conversion-focused video ads
  • Source, manage, and brief creators for UGC and whitelisted content initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously test new creative concepts, formats, and messaging
  • Build structured testing roadmaps to identify, validate, and scale winning creat
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve creative output, testing velocity, and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in creative strategy within a performance marketing environm
  • entStrong track record of developing creative that drives customer acquisition and measurable growth
  • **Experience working with DTC-first consumer brands is required
  • **Deep understanding of Meta advertising creative best practices and platform dynamics
  • Experience managing creators, influencers, and UGC content pipelines
  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate creative development and testing
  • Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative performance to business outcomes
