You will serve as the central backbone of office operations, directly partnering with executive leadership to maintain organizational excellence. This role allows you to make a tangible impact by managing vital logistics, vendor communications, and foundational project data. You will gain exposure to diverse corporate functions while working inside a purpose-driven company that prioritizes life safety.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Route incoming phone calls, emails, and corporate correspondence to ensure accurate communication flows.
  • Coordinate complex meeting logistics, compile executive agendas, and distribute accurate meeting minutes to leadership.
  • Oversee complete corporate fleet logistics by tracking maintenance records, vehicle registrations, and smog check timelines.
  • Manage uniform inventory levels and track digital service licenses for essential software programs like Bluebeam.
  • Secure required Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and business license renewals to support ongoing construction project startups.
