Seeking an Entry Level Admin Assistant for our Accounts Receivable Department

High Mountain Transport is a family-owned and operated company and has an immediate opening for an Admin Assistant in Sparks, NV. We are looking for workers who take pride in their job and have excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be provided hands-on training for this role, but we are looking for an individual who is a quick learner and able to think independently. This role will expand to include additional responsibilities as the candidate is trained.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Quick and accurate data entry. Ability to keep accurate paperwork and respond to customer and co-worker requests promptly and accurately. Regular filing. Follow directions with an emphasis on attention to detail and numbers. Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently and within a team. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members. Other job duties as assigned per your direct supervisor.
