Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveย Receptionistย / Administrativeย Assistantย to provide administrative and office support in our East Peoria location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily front-office operations, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth information flow across the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage, maintain, and distribute office information and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office staff.
  • Prepare, format, and review documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support task management by tracking deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and task organization.
  • Assist with other office-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
