Job Summary:
The CCA Sales/Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for contract processing and inventory management. This role ensures the efficiency and integrity of sales, invoicing and inventory workflows and supports seamless operational execution across departments.
Job Responsibilities
  • Input and verify sales contract data to ensure accuracy and compliance within the system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales contract information within the Black Box system.
  • Oversee the inventory process in coordination with all departments to ensure inventory systems and sales collateral are accurately maintained and updated in a timely manner.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of contract log to verify accuracy and proper billing of sales contracts.
  • Review and provide guidance on client contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
  • Investigates and resolves client inquiries in cooperation with sales and the Business Service Center.
  • Provide administrative and inventory support to cross-functional team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience
  • One (1) year experience in a sales support or related role.
  • Media advertising industry experience preferred.

Skills
  • Posses knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
