Overview
Responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of the campaign operational process. Be a leader on the front lines of the digital advertising industry where technology is ever-changing.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee TAAG Associate/Sr. Associate across offices, as needed, and support the media and creative teams to activate digital campaigns (display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic)
  • Co-lead strategic conversations with client and investment teams around technology integrations that can improve efficiency, range or quality of data, or support new media
  • Support Associate/Sr. Associate in the basic aspects of the trafficking process, including connecting placements to creatives, setting up consistent configurations, and collecting clean data.
  • Lead conversations with the media team on ways to work faster and smarter. Collaborate with fellow TAAG Managers on process to prevent errors, to ensure consistency, to create an efficient and lock-tight QA checklist
  • Collaborate with vendors on behalf of creative agencies when troubleshooting is required
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on any number of technologies; keep yourself and the team up to date on the ever-evolving media landscape through regular research and participating in writing POVs
  • Share standard processes across TAAG to improve our output and standardize our work
  • Manage verification process and ongoing optimization for campaigns on a regular basis based on client needs
  • Manage campaign activation process and ensure deadlines are met across Investment teams, creative agencies, and clients to ensure on time launch

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital media (agency or publisher side)
  • BA/BS education preferred or commensurate experience
  • Ability to lead training and development
  • Experience leading and managing technology projects from ideation through completion
  • Experience planning and driving technology implementations
  • Ability to navigate and explain complex technical problems related to data and web technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience
  • Ability to effectively coach and develop junior colleagues
  • In depth, experience in various marketing technology solutions, including ad servers, rich media providers, tag management solutions, data management platforms, ad verification, etc.
  • Results oriented with strong independent and team project management and time management skills
  • Experienced proficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
