• Partner with Programmatic and Analytics teams to develop integrated performance narratives that combine media performance, creative insights, and business outcomes.
• Present creative testing results, DCO learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, enabling data-informed creative and marketing decisions.
• Champion a Test-and-Learn culture by sharing best practices, creative insights, and optimization opportunities across stakeholder groups.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Media, Programmatic, Ad Operations, Analytics, Creative Studio, and Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaign planning and activation to ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain campaign documentation, QA standards, trafficking processes, and operational best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, scalability, and campaign quality.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing, best-practice guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Influence stakeholders through expertise in campaign activation, creative optimization, testing strategy, data analysis, and DCO best practices.
