Position Overview
Cumulus Media | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, fully remote (US-based) opening for a full time Station Digital Ad Operations Manager to support the Corporate Digital Ad Ops team. This position is the ideal role for an advertising professional with success in campaign management and fulfillment who is looking to join a fast-growing digital business. You will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaigns across multiple local markets for owned and operated or extended reach digital products. You will focus on campaign set-up, trafficking creative, implementing best practices, troubleshooting and optimizing delivery issues, forecasting available inventory, and pre- and post-sale reporting. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive and a self-starter, has a strong eye for technical details, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment. This position reports directly to the Director, Station Digital Ad Operations.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end campaign fulfillment for our digital assets, including streaming, podcasting, and display campaigns
  • Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and reporting discrepancies
  • Develop in-depth reports for pacing, inventory availability, and billing reconciliation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across local market and corporate teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Support our local markets to ensure the following of best practices for the fulfillment of campaigns and billing
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects on an as needed basis

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of related experience in ad operations or campaign fulfillment
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
  • Understanding and experience with digital ad products, measurement and platforms
  • Familiarity of ad serving platforms. Specific experience with streaming and digital platforms such as Adswizz, Triton, Google Ad Manager, Omny Studio, Megaphone a plus.
  • Experience implementing, testing and QAing third party tags
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical aspects to cross-functional teams
  • Effective time management and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, allowing for the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Quick learner and self-starter
  • Comfort with reporting and using data sets for deeper analysis
  • Basic knowledge of HTML a plus
  • Experience in a queue management/ticketing system a plus

Pay Range
USD $40,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
