Job Title: Accounts Receivables Associate

Shift timing: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (Hybrid Job)

**Additional Manager notes**

  • This role will involve managing a complex portfolio of customers across Scandinavia, the Middle East, the Far East, and the U.S. Government.
  • Success in this position requires strong written communication skills, as most external customer interactions are conducted via email.
  • The individual must also demonstrate intuitive thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a solid foundation in basic Excel functions, including downloading and organizing data, sorting, using VLOOKUP, and creating simple pivot tables.
  • Internal communication will take place through a mix of Zoom meetings, email correspondence, and in-person interactions, requiring flexibility and clarity across multiple communication channels.
  • ***Max pay rate $25/hourly***
  • This role will transition to a hybrid schedule following the initial training period, with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
  • Candidates should have at least one year of relevant work experience to be considered.
  • The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility as needed.
  • Once the hiring manager is ready to move forward, selected candidates will be invited to participate in 45-minute phone interviews.

Job Description:

  • Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due.
  • Performs activities under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes payments made by customers.
  • Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
  • Answers basic customer inquiries.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts.
  • May conducts root cause analysis oflate payments and suggests process improvements.
  • Assists in preparing month end reporting.
  • Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
