What you'll do:

The Accounts Receivable Associate, Cash Management, maintains a portfolio of clients, builds relationships with clients and coworkers and establishes accuracy with a low amount of errors in their day-to-day work by following established procedures and guidelines.

  • Maintains stellar customer service with their own clients as well as other clients they may work with in their coworker's absence.

  • Inputs and applies accounts receivable payments. Prepares weekly profit statements for clients along with various other reports. Provides funding to clients.

  • Assists coworkers on an as needed basis.

  • Files paperwork related to their own portfolio on an ongoing basis, in a timely manner.

  • Assists the ACH dept with data entry related duties.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience

  • Demonstrated abilities to successfully manage a portfolio of clients, exercise/enhance customer service skills and maintain accuracy.

  • Associates degree or equivalent

  • Advanced Computer Skills
