HiFyve is hiring an Accounting Manager in the Manufacturing industry in Menomonee Falls, WI! 

Salary: $85K - $100K/year

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Onsite - Menomonee Falls, WI


Position Overview:

This is a hands-on accounting leadership role supporting a manufacturing operation with a strong focus on cost accounting, cash flow, and customer accounts. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to drive financial accuracy, improve margins, and support business decisions. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Lead cost accounting efforts, including job costing, inventory analysis, and margin tracking
  • Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and customer credit decisions
  • Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and financial transactions (including ACH)
  • Prepare financial reports and support leadership with performance insights
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, audits, and ISO standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations to support pricing and forecasting decisions



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience with cost accounting, job costing, and inventory
  • Background in AR, collections, and credit management
  • ERP system experience (SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
